How to Use WhatsApp Follow-Ups in CODSPOT

CODSPOT now lets you send automatic WhatsApp follow-ups to your customers at every step of the delivery journey. This guide will show you how to access, activate, and manage your follow-up messages depending on your plan.

1. Log in to your CODSPOT account.
2. From the left menu, click WhatsApp → Follow-Ups.
3. If your plan includes the feature, you’ll see the list of available follow-up templates.

📌 If you are still on the Starter (free) plan, the section will be locked and you’ll see a message asking you to upgrade to access WhatsApp Follow-Ups.

CODSPOT provides ready-to-use templates for each stage:

• Order Received
• Order Confirmation
• Shipped
• Out for Delivery
• Delivery Attempt
• Delivered
• Cancelled
• And more..

You can preview each template by clicking the 👁️ preview icon.

• To activate follow-ups, simply toggle ON the messages you want CODSPOT to send automatically.
• You don’t need to write anything — all messages are already prepared.

The WhatsApp follow-up feature is available starting from the Pro plan.
Each paid plan comes with monthly WhatsApp credits that you can use to send follow-up messages.

• To see your credits:
  1. Go to Settings → Plan.
  2. You’ll find your monthly WhatsApp credits and how many are left.
• If your monthly credits run out, you can buy extra credits at any time. Extra credits do not expire.

You can always check your WhatsApp credit usage in:

• Settings → Plan
• Home page (bottom left corner)

This way, you know exactly how many messages you have left and when to add more credits.
