How to Set Up Webhooks for Sendit in Codspot

With webhooks now available for Sendit, you can receive real-time updates about your package statuses directly in Codspot. Follow the step-by-step guide below to set it up in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Copy Your Webhook URL from Codspot
  1. Log in to your Codspot dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Click on Delivery Company.
  4. Select Sendit from the list.
  5. Copy the Webhook URL provided there.

Step 2: Log In to Your Sendit Dashboard
  1. Go to your Sendit account and log in.
  2. On the left-hand menu, scroll all the way down and click on Integration API.

Step 3: Create a New Webhook
  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Integration API page.
  2. Click on the “Create a Webhook” button.

A pop-up window will appear with three input fields:

  • Webhook URL: Paste the URL you copied from Codspot.
  • Type: Leave this as it is (default setting).
  • API Key: Select the API key you’re already using with Codspot.

Step 4: Save Your Webhook
  1. Once all fields are filled, click on Create.
  2. That’s it — your webhook is now active! You’ll start receiving real-time delivery updates from Sendit directly in Codspot.
