Managing your orders efficiently is crucial, and sometimes, you may need to permanently remove an order from your system. CODSPOT makes this process simple with just a few clicks. Here’s how you can enable order deletion.

1. Go to Settings – Click on the settings icon in your CODSPOT dashboard.
2. Select "Account Settings" – In the left menu, navigate to the "Account Settings" section.
3. Enable Order Deletion – Find the "Enable order deletion" option under Order Settings and toggle it ON.
4. Save Changes – Click the Save changes button to apply your settings.

Once enabled, you will be able to delete orders permanently. Keep in mind that deleting an order will remove all related data, and this action cannot be undone.

While in the Account Settings, you can also enable:

• Customer Archiving – This automatically archives all orders related to a customer when they are archived.
• Product Archiving – When a product is archived, all its associated orders will also be archived.

These options help you keep your CODSPOT account organized while maintaining essential records.

There are situations where simply marking an order as "canceled" isn’t ideal. For example:

• Accidental Order Creation: If you mistakenly create an order, marking it as canceled would still include it in your analytics, affecting your insights.
• Maintaining Accurate Reports: Canceled orders are still counted in various metrics. Deleting an incorrect order ensures your reports reflect only real transactions, helping you make better business decisions.

With order deletion, you keep your analytics clean and get a more precise view of your business performance.
